Barbara Boxer: Saul Alinsky Smear Conservatives Award at Freedom Leadership Conference?

Freedom Leadership Conference set to hear from Mike Thompson on Virginia Tax Reform, and Mike O’Neil on the Mark Levin “Liberty Amendments” at Fairfax Marriot at Fair Oaks, VA, Thurs. 10/17/13

Senator Barbara Boxer this week said on the floor of the U.S. Senate that GOP conservatives are acting the same way as those who abuse their spouse by physically beating them.

Does Barbara Boxer go to the head of the pack to win the SAUL ALINSKY SMEAR CONSERVATIVES AWARD for October?

Barbara Boxer’s words were blasted by Fox TV’s new co-host, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, who chided the “mainstream press” for ignoring her words.  The conservative commentator said “You know who should be infuriated? Women who have suffered from domestic abuse.”  Blasting Boxer, Hasselbeck said “How dare she minimize the abuse that so many women struggle with.”

The new poll will only run 24 hours so if you wish to have your vote counted and considered for the award decision to be made on Thursday you must vote immediately.

There is already a poll query underway with a record breaking nine nominees for the award, named after the author of Rules for Radicals, Saul Alinsky, who said his leftist followers should “demonize and pulverize” conservatives, not debate them on the issues.

That earlier poll can be accessed HERE:

Many conservatives who voted in the poll, asked about their vote, admitted they had voted for the politician they dislike the most, not the one whose recent WORDS were most in keeping with Alinsky’s teachings.

The Conference leadership and board will make the decision about the award winner this Thursday evening at the conference dinner just before the October monthly Freedom Leadership Conference at the Fairfax Marriott Hotel at Fair Oaks, Virginia (on Route 50 near I-66).  The poll and the discussion among dinner attendees will influence that vote.

One of the Conference leaders and regular speakers – who will also speak at this Thursday’s conference – is Tom Cranmer – and it is his nomination and endorsement of BARBARA BOXER to win this month’s award which has caused us to create a new poll for you to vote in on this subject.  Cranmer is also Vice Chairman of the Fairfax County Taxpayer Association, which was a sponsor of one of the monthly conferences earlier in this year (see text of remarks on this website and video on youtube HERE).

The “Conservative Change Conference” theme this Thursday has two principal speakers and is sponsored this month by the Thomas Jefferson Institute for Public Policy.  The Institute’s President, Michael Thompson, will be the keynote speaker on the subject of their proposed changes to the Virginia tax system designed to boost business and jobs by such measures as eliminating the gross receipts tax.

A second principal speaker is Mike O’Neill, the Assistant General Counsel of the Landmark Legal Foundation, who will speak on Mark Levin’s proposed “Liberty Amendments” and the growth of federal power at the expense of the states, contrary to the intentions and purposes of America’s founding fathers.  O’Neill will explain how the “Separation of Powers” doctrine was created by the founders to put limits on government power, which was in their mind, the key to preventing future tyranny.

“The President and the Federal Judiciary have all failed to respect their Constitutional roles,” Mike will tell the conference (prepared remarks which will later be placed on the conference website and on youtube).

Registration for the conference – required for admission – is open until 11:30 PM tonight (Wed. 11/16) to attend the Conference, HERE.

The newer poll – if the YES answer wins – will immediately supercede the older, earlier poll, which has Senator Harry Reid leading.  You may still vote in that poll if you wish but you should consider what the nominees said to earn their being listed as a nominee for a Saul Alinsky Smear Conservatives Award.

What they said to be nominated for Alinsky Award

“reckless and irresponsible” (Barack Obama)…

“they take hostages… they extort” (Charles Schumer)…

“We need to act like adults, not like squealing political pigs” (Richard Durbin)…

“a banana Republican mindset” (Harry Reid)…

“…legislative arsonists.  They’re there to burn down what we should be building up” (Nancy Pelosi)…

“people who have a bomb strapped to their chest” (Dan Pfeiffer)…

“it is political terrorism”(Al Gore) …

“the wacko birds” (John McCain)…

“a dark strain in the American political psyche”(Peter King) …

“the defunding box canyon is a tactic that will fail and weaken our position” (Bob Corker)…

“the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard” (Richard Burr)…

“this strategy of defunding Obamacare was an ad hoc strategy laid out without consulting with his fellow senators” (Karl Rove)

We want to remind readers who participate in this poll, it isn’t about who you dislike the most.  It is about whose words are most in the evil spirit of Saul Alinsky, whose goal was to use hateful words to smear conservatives rather than engage in political discourse.

The Daily KOS – cited by Human Events as the 6th worst hate site in America – and Media Matters – are just two examples of the many leftwing websites that follow the Alinsky smear conservatives strategy.  The national news media provides an “echo chamber” for the smears that are routinely launched by lefting darlings such as the nine “Alinsky Award” nominees this week and now Barbara Boxer.

“Who should win the Saul Alinsky Smear Conservatives Award this month?”

To vote YES or NO on Barbara Boxer (which would supercede the older poll) go HERE.

To vote for one of the nine candidates we listed earlier (see their quotes above) go HERE.

Yes you may vote in both polls but we tabulate on Wednesday and announce at the Conference, on Thursday … and you may enter a free subscription to our email newsletter to stay informed of the results HERE.
