Michael Eric Dyson of MSNBC TV Nominated for Saul Alinsky Smear Award

Calls Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas a “Symbolic Jew Who Sides with Hitler” to “Commit Genocide

Should Michael Eric Dyson win the Alinsky Smear Conservatives Award for July?

Should Michael Eric Dyson win the Alinsky Smear Conservatives Award for July?

David Denholm, President of Public Service Research Council, announced the nomination of Michael Eric Dyson of MSNBC TV for the “Saul Alinsky Smear Conservatives” Award at the Freedom Leadership Conference for July 17, 2013.  Denholm, who nominated Dyson, cited Dyson for calling Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, a favorite of many conservatives, a “Symbolic Jew who sides with Hitler” to “commit Genocide.”

The Supreme Court voted recently to overturn part of a law that put state and local governments which had some 50 years ago a record of discrimination, under the supervisory control of the federal government regarding their election laws.

Justice Thomas, being a black conservative, typically enrages hard core leftists more than any other Supreme Court Justice.  Thomas voted with the majority, which included Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy and Samuel Alito.

The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was enacted to put those jurisdictions – states and local governments – which had been shown to discriminate against blacks – under the supervisory control of the federal government.  In the nearly 50 years since the law was enacted, many of the jurisdictions have elected black legislators, mayors, congressmen, and even a U.S. Senator in South Carolina.

Leftists freely admit they single out Justice Clarence Thomas because he is black and conservative.

His appearance on Wed., June 24 on the MSNBC TV Martin Bashir show gave commentator Michael Eric Dyson the chance to launch his smear of Thomas, prefaced with this frank admission, rather incoherent but clear that Thomas’ being black, conservative and consistent, are the reasons for his smear:

“Clarence Thomas’ actions here today – though consistent, though tragic to me – are even more so in light of the bulk of decisions he’s rendered in the name of a judicial vote on the Supreme Court.”

Leaders of the Freedom Leadership Conference have already indicated that David Denholm’s nomination is anticipated to be very popular because such hateful and despicable language really does personify the goal of radical leftist teacher Saul Alinsky, whose goal was to demonize his targets on the right.

Dyson’s “punch line” against Thomas that makes him a top contender for the “Smear” award is, ““A symbolic Jew has invited a metaphoric Hitler to commit holocaust and genocide upon his own people.”

The final decision will be made by the Leadership Council of the Conference during the dinner with their monthly keynote speaker at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 17.

The keynote speaker, Jon Moseley, is a writer, radio commentator and an attorney who has practiced law in northern Virginia and is presently residing in Florida to spend time with his father.  He is a co-anchor of the “Conservative Commando’s” radio talk show based in Philadelphia, PA and also writes for American Thinker (see his recent article about the proposal to liberalize immigration law, HERE).

The Wednesday, July 17 conference is sponsored by American Border Control, with Jon Moseley as its Executive Director.  His remarks are on the subject, LEGALIZE ILLEGALS?  Why conservatives still oppose amnesty.”  It is a very timely subject, with recent passage of a “Gang of 8” bill in the Senate designed to liberalize immigration law for 11 million illegal aliens.  The House is now considering the bill.

David Denholm has spoken at most of the monthly Freedom Leadership Conferences since the conference changed to a monthly in late 2012, on the subject of Saul Alinsky’s despicable tactics.  He will announce the award after the dinner when the conference begins at 7 PM with a coffee, tea and dessert social and the program starts at 7:30 PM.

This month’s conference is for the first time, being held at a private residence of one of the conference supporters, who will be both host and master of ceremonies.  This will also be a more informal event, with summer attire suggested, and is being called a “Summer Barbecue with an International Twist.”

The July 17 Conference is also being co-sponsored by New Americans by Choice, which will host a panel of “new Americans by Choice” on “Why I Chose America.”

The Freedom Leadership Conference started 14 years ago as an annual event in southern California as the Western Conservative Conference, which ran over a three day weekend.  American Border Control, then called U.S. Seaport Commission, is one of the original sponsors of the conference.  There have now been 61 sponsor organizations, and the conference has moved to Northern Virginia, become a monthly, private conference for members only.

To become a member and to attend the conference this Wednesday or a future conference, you may make application for Provisional (temporary or candidate) Membership HERE.
